unprepared for many of the new identity challenges. Develop solutions that eliminate:
Proliferation of multicloud environments, each with their own identity solutions
Fragmented identity silos and complexities of traditional systems
Lack of real-time visibility into user behaviors across the identity landscape
SOLUTION:
Design & Develop foundational building blocks that can enable clients to build an effective identity fabric,
consisting of both IBM and existing third-party solutions. that help users:
Extend modern authentication mechanisms to traditional apps with no-code changes,
which helps create a consistent user experience across all applications
Eliminate identity silos with a single, authoritative directory
Improve security posture through real-time behavioral risk-based authentication and biometric risk assessment

Identify user journey, commencing at initiation of journey

Research across channels, (social, online, youtube, etc), Including messaging, brand voice
and promotions (Ads) Competitors analysis as well as User Interviews & focus groups.
IDEATE:
Based on research created User PersonaS, representing targeted audience’s motivations, frustrations,
needS, and goals during the completion of customer experience.
